Resolved Question: Western PA Livestock Laws?

I am interested in creating a small chicken and goat farm on my 6 acres of land in Latrobe PA. I am wondering if anyone can give me any resources (links, phone #'s) I can utilize that will give me information on current laws and/or regulations in my region. I am not currently looking to make a profit just perhaps to break even in the sales of eggs and perhaps goat cheese, when I feel comfortable enough to do so. Thank you for your help.... read more
